Remarks
The CHECKIN sheet serves as a guiding resource for understanding the working procedures outlined in the protocol.
It is a model based on the tools used by SOLOSURF Association, implemented through digital platforms such as the JOTFORM app, providing an efficient way to manage these processes via digital communication channels and apps.
The structure and content of the SHEET 5 CHECKIN REPORT may be fully or partially modified, or replaced with other formats that better align with the needs of the promoter due to cultural, business, legal, or environmental reasons.
Any modifications must adhere to current regulations and considerations. However, these changes should not impact or significantly alter the flowchart and timelines established in the Manual of Best Practices for surf therapy.
The manual, validated by the external occupational risk prevention company QUIRON PREVENCIÓN, is designed to ensure that the procedures effectively address occupational risks, including general and psychosocial factors, ensuring the safety of the Surf Therapy Instructor Coordinator (ISTC).
